The Witness has established himself as one of the most influential Hampshire boars of his time. He has sired Gilts that have won at all levels of competition including champions at San Antonio, Belton and the Indiana State Fair. His daughters have proven themselves in the breeding pen. The mother of Augusta, Dateline and most recently Hat’s Off are all out of Witness sows. The Witness has also produced boars that are contributing. Bailout is currently standing at Olsen’s and Witness 14-1 has recently produced a champion gilt at the southwest regional. He also has produced champion barrows including the champion Hampshire barrow at the 2011 Illinois State Fair. This is just a partial list of what the Witness has done. Currently the Witness is in the Twilight of his career. He amazes farm visitors with his agility. Even at his age, he is the soundest boar of any breed that you will see. He is tall at the point of his shoulder and level in his top with the style, balance and eye appeal that it takes to make champions. We can testify that the Witness is truly a Great Hampshire Breeding Boar.
